Origin
Built by a sales rep who couldn't scale himself.
Years on the phones, hundreds of conversations with founders, one repeating pattern.
Ch. 01
The pattern.
I spent years in the trenches of sales — not just training reps, but living on the phones, closing internationally across time zones. As a top performer at one of the world's largest B2C sales training companies, I spoke to hundreds of founders and sales leaders every week.
They all shared the same frustration. Their reps weren't failing for lack of potential. They were failing because training was outdated, coaching was inconsistent, and leadership had no visibility.
The same six problems. Every team. Every time.
Ch. 02
Six predictable problems. Same six, every team.
- 01
Roleplays were fake.
No real consequence, no real pressure. Reps memorized scripts; buyers didn't.
- 02
Coaching went where it shouldn't.
Managers spent hours rescuing the bottom 20%. The top reps got nothing.
- 03
Timezones killed live training.
Half the team was always offline when help was actually needed.
- 04
Reps skipped coaching for prospecting.
Quota pressure beat development every single quarter.
- 05
Skill gaps stayed invisible.
Until they showed up in a lost deal — by which point it was already paid for.
- 06
Tooling was scattered.
Six dashboards, no signal. Nobody knew who was actually getting better.
The belief
Top performers aren't born confident.
They're conditioned.
Ch. 03
What we built.
I knew the pain personally. Bingewatching recordings at 2 AM and rehearsing in the mirror made me a top rep. It was effective. It was not scalable.
Reps need on-demand, realistic practice with instant feedback. Leaders need visibility and analytics in one place.
So we built it. An operating system reps actually use, and leaders can finally measure.
Vision
AI shouldn't replace sales reps or sales managers. It should sharpen both.
By automating practice, accelerating coaching, and powering data-driven leadership.
Mission
No team should lose another deal to scattered tools or silent gaps.
We build for the teams that refuse to settle.
