What happens after my 14-day trial?
You get full access to practice, upload real calls, and call intelligence for 14 days — no credit card required to start. When the trial ends, pick the tier that fits and your account keeps everything you've built (uploaded calls, scenarios, progress). Nothing is deleted if you need a few extra days to decide.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your billing settings — changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.
What counts as a minute?
Any time spent live on an AI roleplay call: practicing objection handling, a discovery call, or a full pitch simulation. Minutes are pooled across everyone on your plan, so one rep can use time a teammate didn't, and whatever the team doesn't use rolls over into the next month (up to one extra month's allowance).
What are real-call review hours?
Every plan includes hours of your own recorded calls that Myelin will transcribe and analyze each month, for winning-formula discovery, deal-break analysis, and turning real calls into practice scenarios. Like minutes, they pool across the team. Calls that arrive automatically from an integration like Zoom or Fathom count against the same allowance.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans bill once a year at a 20% discount versus paying monthly, and include the same minutes and features as the monthly plan for that tier. You can switch back to monthly at renewal if your needs change.
